A rare opportunity has arisen for an Intellectual Property Specialist to join a well known brand in the East Midlands. The organisation offers flexible working arrangements with the option of a degree of remote working.

The successful applicant will advise on all aspects of intellectual property registrations, filings, strategy and disputes, including the negotiation and compilation of licences, trade mark and design registrations and oppositions, and correspondence and papers regarding IP litigation. There will be an international component to some of the work.

This role would be ideally suited to a commercially minded Solicitor with extensive intellectual property experience who is able to influence senior stakeholders and make high level strategic decisions.

A salary of up to £65,000 is on offer alongside a competitive benefits package.
