The company is a huge national organisation in the services industry, with household-name clients and a loyal, engaged workforce.
They are looking for a junior-mid level lawyer to join their small legal team based in High Wycombe. There is an excellent culture both in the legal team and within the company as a whole.
The strength of the role is the variety of work on offer. You would be dealing with a range of matters including commercial contracts (reviewing tenders, dealing with procurement/suppliers contracts, NDAs etc), employment, IP, licensing, environmental, basic litigation, some M&A and day-to-day business advice.
