Rare new role for a Real Estate Solicitor seeking a new challenge. If you are an experienced real estate solicitor who is looking to move away from fee earning and maybe work more flexibly, have you thought of a role as a professional support lawyer?

Our client is a Top 100 firm who are going from strength to strength. They are currently seeking an experienced real estate lawyer with a solid academic background and at least 5 years fee earning experience gained from a leading regional or City practice. You will be technically strong and enjoy the academic side of your job. Our client is open to considering applications from people looking to make a move away from real estate fee earning and if anything this is preferred to someone with existing PSL experience. However, our client will also consider applications from candidates who are already working in a PSL role and are looking for a new challenge.

There will be a number of aspects to your role, but you be responsible for disseminating information to the team, updating precedents and documents. You will also be responsible for training members of the team and running internal training sessions. A key aspect to your role will be to produce updates, articles and briefing notes for clients. You will also be required to play a part in developing internal IT systems for use by the team, working closely with the business development team on tenders and be able to effectively communicate updates and changes in the real estate field internally and to external clients alike.
