Commercial Lawyer.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3yrs PQE to work for a leading Legal 500 firm based in the Dartford or Tunbridge Wells office.
As part of this successful Commercial department, you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial work including drafting terms of business and supply, general commercial and trading contracts, agency and distribution agreements, franchising agreements, consultancy agreements, e-commerce, IT / software development, licensing and hosting agreements, data protection matters, the licensing and assignment of IP rights, and outsourcing and procurement agreements.
Ideally you will have experience of IT, IP or data protection although this is not essential.
