Our client is actively looking to recruit an established solicitor to join its growing family department in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will have experience of financial remedy proceedings and high net worth clients/businesses with complex personal affairs, as you will be leveraging a mixed caseload of all private client matters. The Candidate
- Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE
- Proven track record of own ability to generate work, develop a business and fee earn to achieve financial targets
- Experience of Children Act 1989 and/or Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 applications would be advantageous
- Experience of TOLATA and cohabitation disputes
- Confident on wealth preservation and planning tools
- A flair for business development and marketing
