Residential Conveyancer/Head of Conveyancing.
Expanding firm based close to Bolton and Leigh is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Team Leader as part of on-going expansion.
The firm have a well established presence in the Bolton area and your role as the Residential Conveyancer will be to manage a caseload of 65-70 mixed conveyancing matters (broad mix of sales/purchases/freehold/leasehold), as well as oversee a small team.
You will likely be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal) with a full understanding of the Conveyancing process and strong technical abilities. Team leadership/management experience would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
The firm has ample parking on-site and is close to the train station, therefore it is easily commutable from most areas of Bolton/Wigan/Leigh/Manchester.
