Landlord & Tenant Solicitor.
This medium-sized Legal 500 firm have an opportunity for an experienced litigation solicitor in one of their key practise areas, based in London. They are at an exciting stage of their development, with several teams expanding and lateral hires from leading City firms.
The firm are known for their links with Housing Associations and Registered Social Providers, acting on behalf of the Landlords. The team are busy, friendly and have a modern approach to their working arrangements.
Your role as Landlord & Tenant Solicitor will include but not limited to:
- Possession claims
- Disrepair
- Antisocial behaviour - often including quite interesting, serious allegations.
To succeed in this application you will:
- Be an experienced Landlord & Tenant Litigator, with experience representing Landlords
- Have a minimum of 2 years' PQE
- Senior or partner level solicitors are encouraged to apply and team moves may be accommodated; remuneration negotiable on experience.

Salaries are competitive with generous bonuses available.
