Corporate Commercial Partner.
An established corporate commercial solicitor is required who is either already heading, or would like to head a department of 3 solicitors. This would be a genuine first step to salaried partnership or for a candidate who is looking for a route to full equity.
You will be a dynamic corporate commercial solicitor/partner with experience covering the full range of transactional corporate matters to include M&A, AIM, MBOs, MBIs and shareholder work. You will ideally be currently heading a team or will have management experience, and be looking to take that next step in your career. The ideal candidate will be an established marketeer and if you have a portable client base this would be advantageous, although the firm has excellent links and clients within the central Hertfordshire market. This role could offer the right candidate an immediate entry as salaried partner and ambitious individuals can expect a clear path to full equity.
