The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years PQE) specialising in Agricultural Law into their Oxford office.

Real Estate is one of the firms busiest and most successful departments, the team across all areas are currently thriving. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The clients are vary widely from working with individuals to charities, country estates and businesses. The caseload will include assisting with salles & purchase of farmland/farms, development of agricultural property, organising easements and tenancies for farms.

Requirements

• You must be a Real Estate Solicitor 3+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• The successful candidate will be dealing with Agricultural work and though experience of this area is not essential a genuine desire to do this type of work is essential
• Salary is well above market rate for the right candidate and there is an excellent bonus structure in place.
