Employment Lawyer – Incentives

The market-leading employment law team of a Magic Circle firm are currently looking for a high-calibre employment lawyer to join them in Central London. This role will be incentives-focused and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

In this role you will provide employment and incentives advice and support to an enviable client list spanning a variety of sectors including:

• Financial services;
• Aerospace;
• Retail;
• Technology; and
• Energy.

Required experience, qualifications and skills

The successful employment lawyer is likely to have:

• A full law qualification and a few years of PQE in a leading City, International, or US firm;
• Sound knowledge of employment law;

• Strong employment experience, ideally in Incentives;
• An excellent academic background
• Available at short notice

Salary

For this employment and incentives role you’ll be awarded an experience dependent salary of £90,000 - £150,000 pro rata. This is a full-time role offered on a temporary 6-month contract, however there is possibility of an extension after this.
