A well-established firm providing a platform away from traditional and mundane private practice is looking for an NQ or junior funds lawyer to join them in London on a full-time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your primary duties as funds lawyer will include:

• Servicing existing clients of the firm on several regulatory and fund formation matters within the Asset Management space;
• Providing full support to the senior team members as they continue to receive referred work from the wider business;
• Reporting directly to the head of the team – an impressive individual with background in a well-known asset management company; and
• Advising external clients on fund formation, EU Benchmark regulations, UCITS and MIFID II.

Candidate requirements: skills, experience and qualifications

The successful funds lawyer will be:

• Fully qualified with NQ-2 years of PQE;
• Familiar with the alternative finance market and knowledgeable of MIFID II and incoming EU and FCA regulations;
• A team player who is enthusiastic to be part of a specialist team; and
• Intelligent with a stellar academic background.
