The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join their flourishing Commercial Property team in their prestigious Wantage office.

The Commercial Property team deals with work including: acquisition and disposal of varied commercial property portfolios, landlord & tenant issues, development for housebuilders, property finance, planning & environmental work.

You will work on a varied case load that is high net worth and diverse, and work alongside some of the best and forward-thinking Solicitors and Partners in the industry.

You will have an opportunity to business develop for the firm and build a base of estate agents and connections to help make you a Commercial Property success on the South Coast.

This role would suit an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to launch themselves forward in their career.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 1-3 Years PQE
• You will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
• Previous experience in Agricultural & Rural specialism is preferable but not essential
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will be self-sufficient and have a keen interest in business development/marketing
