Commercial Contracts Paralegal

Our client is an innovative global company looking for a Paralegal to join their highly regard legal team. Based in London this is a varied and busy role involving working with the General Counsel to support the business with commercial contracts and other legal matters.

A key component of this role will involve dealing with commercial contracts, so it would be useful if you could point to a grounding in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. You will also gain exposure in this role to other legal matters such as Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Dispute Resolution.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong academics degree educated
• Some prior paralegal experience in a commercial environment
• Great communication skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage a generous workload
• Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Take initiative
• Attention to detail when analysing data and reviewing legal documents
