Residential Conveyancer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client in Chester who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the experienced and leading team.

As Residential Conveyancer you will be working in the close-knit team running your own caseload of files such as Sales and Purchase, Remortgage, Freehold and Leasehold and potentially more - a varied role! You will be working closely with the clients ensuring you are keeping them up to date with their cases whilst delivering the highest level of service.

For this role, the successful candidate will bring with them:

- At least 2 years' experience in handling own Conveyancing caseload
- Strong communication skills
- Client-focussed attitude
- Ability to manage time well
- Ability to commute to the Chester office on a daily basis
