A national practice is seeking a junior commercial property solicitor to join the ever growing reputable commercial property team in Nottingham.

The Role:

* This is an exciting opportunity to join highly ranked Legal 500 commercial property team
* The team act for a broad range of clients over the private, public and third sectors on a range of matters including landlord and tenant, development and investments.
* If you are looking for a team where you can work with a number of highly ranked legal professionals and specialists, this is the role for you!

Candidate Requirements:

* NQ - three years PQE
* Experience gained in commercial property, undertaking at least a 6 month seat in real estate with experience in leases
* Strong academic record and be highly commercially minded.

Benefits:

* £40,000 +
