Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ-4 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Development team at a heavyweight regional law firm in Warwickshire. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the role

The firm's Property Development team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to commercial clients across a full spectrum of Commercial Property matters.

Workflows will include the following:

- Acting for Landowners, private sector developers/housebuilders, promoters and affordable housing providers on all aspects of the development process on both instant and strategic development schemes.
- Draft and negotiate conditional and unconditional contracts, options and promotion agreements, transfers, exclusivity agreements, overage and pre-emption agreements.

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' experience in Commercial Property matters. Experience of development work is desirable but not a pre-requisite provided that you have a passion for development work and the motivation to learn.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
