THE ROLE
For a lawyer with an interest in and enthusiasm for the technology sector and in a career in a team known for its cutting-edge work in open source, cloud computing and communications and software technology.
The work will involve non-contentious IP, data protection, web terms and conditions, development agreements, cloud computing, channel-to-market and general commercial contracting with an exposure to cross-border work, for a client base which ranges from startups to NYSE-listed multinationals.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with 5pqe or more, you will have a strong background in the tech sector.
The successful candidate will work with the firm's well regarded technology team and support those in corporate.
You will be based in the Thames Valley with some time to be spent in London when required.
