The Role:

• This recognised, global employment practice advise worldwide clients on all aspects of contentious & non-contentious employment law matters.
• Their high profile clients range from start-ups to multinationals including some of the most well known brands in the world.
• Their expert team of lawyers come up with innovative solutions and manage risk relating to employment, incentives and benefits, pensions and legal challenges.
• The team handle complex acquisitions, outsourcing, expansion and reduction of work force, employee relations, cross border litigation, compliance and data protection matters.
• You will be a strong Employment Associate or Senior Associate in a leading firm with ambition and drive to become a leader in this field.
• The role will be a mix of employment advisory, litigation and an element of Corporate support.

Requirements:

• 3 - 8 years PQE as an experienced Employment Associate/Senior Associate.
• Strong academics with current private practice experience working at a leading law firm.
• You should have strong technical knowledge and be very commercially astute.
• At the Senior Associate level, you will have experience in management and mentoring of more junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
• Salary is well above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus and benefits structure.
