Interim Corporate Lawyer (Creative Industries)

Due to an increase in work load a leading City law firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join on an initial 3 month contract commencing immediately.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team focused on creative industries such as media, fashion and sports and retail.

You will work as part of a wider team covering a broad range of corporate matters including:

- M&A due diligence transactions

- corporate finance and tax advice

- joint ventures and share schemes

- sale and purchase agreements

You will be 3+ years PQE, trained in a reputable firm with relevant experience as a corporate lawyer either in practice or in-house. Industry experience would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and knowledge coupled with being able to work effectively in a busy team environment.
