In-House Counsel - Gaming/Gambling - c.3-7PQE

Handle are currently assisting a world-renowned media and entertainment company in their search for a commercial lawyer to join their gaming division. This is a newly created role designed to support one of the fastest growing parts of their business.

Primary responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting a range of agreements relating to the acquisition and distribution of betting rights; and handling legal issues relating to the development of new products and other relevant ancillary matters. You will also need to have the interpersonal skills and commercial acumen necessary to become a trusted advisor to commercial teams.

To be considered, you should have c.3-7yrs PQE*, have experience in drafting commercial contracts, and whilst not mandatory, it would be a distinct advantage if you have experience of working in the gaming industry, distribution experience, and have an interest in sport.
