Securitisation Senior Associate

THE ROLE

A Securitisation Senior Associate is now sought to join the Structured Debt & Capital Markets team which provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products.

They assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.

ABOUT YOU

A talented and ambitious associate 5-7pqe with broad based structured finance experience, you will have a background in UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e. project bonds, utility bonds) or other relevant experience in debt capital markets, asset finance and real estate finance.

You will have a strong academic record and an ability to work closely with clients and colleagues as part of a team.
