This opportunity will give you an exceptionally high level of client contact, giving you the ability to obtain a high level of exposure to business development. It is common even for the most junior of Lawyers to have this level of exposure, this unique approach allows Lawyers to gain PQE ahead of their years and become not just technically strong, but fully rounded and commercially minded. This would role would suit perhaps a Lawyer that is in a Partner lead department where there is little opportunity to obtain hands-on client exposure. This is crucial at this level of PQE, for future progression planning.

The Role

The firm is looking for Private Equity Funds Lawyer 2+ years PQE, to join a stand out firm, which is one of the most well-recognised outside of London, Legal 500, and Chambers rated to be based in Bristol, Somerset.

You will be involved in a wide range of high quality work, advising on structuring and formation of private investment funds across the alternative asset classes, including private equity/venture capital, infrastructure and real estate funds.

The firm are focused on making their practice a challenger to the established City funds practices including growing their directory rankings.

Your role will include helping grow the client base and this is an opportunity to be part of a developing practice.

Requirements

• 2+ years PQE with strong experience in in Private Equity Funds. (There is no upper limit to the level of PQE)
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
