Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Bury
A new opening has arisen with my client who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in the office in Bury.
The Role
As Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be acting as a Fee Earner by managing your own caseload of Conveyancing files to include Sales, Purchase, Right to Buy, Freehold and Leasehold and more. You will be working closely with your colleagues as well as the clients to ensure a smooth-running process.
The Person
The successful candidate will bring along with them at least 6 months' legal experience in handling their own Conveyancing caseload from start to finish. Good communication skills as well as written are essential. You must be able to manage your time well.
