Customer Service Advisor

Stockport

Hours: full-time (Monday – Friday) 9-5:30

Interlink recruitment has been advised to recruit a Customer Service Advisor with a role based predominantly around Legal Collections.

Your role will be necessary in order to improve the high standard corporate image of the Legal firm and ensure a high-quality service is provided to the array of clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous inbound calls customer service experience.

Duties will include:

  • Chasing of debts by fax, telephones or email
  • Managing own caseload
  • Maintaining and updating customer record database
  • Working together with other departments for an efficient service

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience of inbound calls customer service
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills
