Stage 1 Handler/ FNOL
37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8.00am – 7:30pm shifts rotation)
We are currently looking to recruit a Stage 1/ FNOL Handler to join a law firm in Cheadle.
Duties Include:
- Dealing with all legal, credit hire and insurer FNOL enquires received by the business
- Establish each individual client needs and assist those clients accordingly,
- Opening and closing files
- General admin duties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication
- Being organised and being able to manage caseload
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel with accurate typing
