RTA Litigation Fee Earner
Due to an increase in the volume of work, our client (an award-winning law firm) is looking to expand its team of RTA Litigation Fee Earners.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic legal team who have on offer an attractive salary as well as the opportunity for career progression further down the line.
Your duties will include:
- Assuming conduct of RTA portal drop out cases;
- Risk assessing cases for litigation;
- Investigation liability an assessing quantum of claim;
- Thorough investigation and risk assessment of new claims;
- Drafting and issuing of legal proceedings;
- Conduct of litigation to fast track trial.
