Our client, a long established practice based in West Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 3 Years PQE) to join their expanding Commercial Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking legal practice which has excellent links to Manchester and Liverpool.
This Commercial Property Solicitor role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters, covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Leases on behalf of SME's.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Commercial Property and possess recent experience within Commercial Property as a Solicitor.
This role is a long term appointment with a view to future partnership opportunities.
