Residential Conveyancer

Our Client who is based in Lancashire is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancers to join their Residential Property Department.

This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of handling a caseload of sales and purchase, transfer of equity and re-mortgage with a Conveyancing Assistant to support from initiation to completion. The role would include acknowledging and dealing with estate agents memorandum of sales, drafting contracts on sale transactions, dealing with pre-contract enquiries raised by buyers solicitors on sale transactions and Co-ordinating exchange of contracts once a file is signed off, to name a few.

The Ideal Residential Conveyancer candidate for this role will need at least 3 years Sale and Purchase experience, be extremely driven to succeed and must have experience running a Residential Conveyancing caseload.

There is Training Contract opportunities available for the right candidates after some period with the firm.

The salary on offer is competitive and dependant upon your previous Residential Conveyancing experience.
