A leading and award-winning law firm based in Lancashire and Greater Manchester is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team at their East Lancashire office.
This Residential Conveyancer role will consist of handling a full caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception to completion, using a proclaim system to effectively manage your workload.
In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 year's experience as a fee earner within a Residential Property Department.
The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is dependent upon previous experience but competitive with.
