The London office of an elite global law firm is now looking for associates with an interest in Employment and share schemes to join a highly rated multidisciplinary practice which provides advice to clients on the full spectrum of employment, compensation and benefits issues.

The team has unrivalled depth and breadth of experience across the full spectrum of HR matters, advisory and transactional, contentious and non-contentious. As a specialist practice with relatively few associates, you can expect to be working alongside leading partners within the group from the moment you join.

A non-hierarchical working environment, the team places strong emphasis on professional development and is keen to give associates significant responsibility, even at a less experienced level.

Typical tasks range from drafting and reviewing contracts such as stock and bonus plans, to legal research and preparing due diligence reports on the HR components of major transactions.

Highly varied, the projects you will work on will feature both a cross-border and cross-practice dimension, giving you the opportunity to work with-and learn from-lawyers across the firm's international offices and various practice groups.

In addition to strong academic credentials, you will have strong technical and practical knowledge and a solid commercial understanding-both in terms of the way business works, and the way people work in business.
