This highly respected mid-size City firm currently seeks a Share Schemes Associate to join the Employee Incentives & Benefits team. This team is part of the tax group consisting of 5 partners and 5 associates and handles a mix of standalone advisory matters as well as mid-market deal work.Clients are mainly private unlisted companies within the technology and media, life sciences and financial services sectors.
The ideal candidate will be someone at mid-level (3-5pqe) who would enjoy working with this progressive client-base. There are excellent mid-term prospects to partnership. The firm is highly IT literate and is also able to accommodate agile working.
