Locum Property Solicitor
November start – 1 month – Oxfordshire – £40-45 per hour

An attractive opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm within Oxfordshire on a locum basis.

The role will see you autonomously handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters to include Landlord and Tenants matters, commercial leases, sales of farm land and the sale and purchase of property valued into the millions. The locum will also be required to handle a small amount residential property matters. Secretarial support will be provided.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and will be available to start a new assignment within the first 2 weeks of November. Our client is offering a friendly working environment as part of the property team who pride themselves on their open-door policy.

Free parking is available on site for the locum, as well as the firm being easily accessible by train for those looking to commute via public transport.
