Our client is a national full service law firm with offices in London and the wider South East. At the firm, there is an exciting junior opportunity to join the Surrey dispute resolution team who are highly regarded for their work. The dispute resolution team handles a wide range of disputes for local businesses, high net worth individuals and international clients. The caseload you will receive with this firm matches the quality you would typically expect to receive at a London office.
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of:
- Commercial Litigation
- Construction Disputes
- Franchise Disputes
- Insolvency Disputes
- Intellectual Property Disputes
- Aviation & Logistics Disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Property Disputes
- Probate Disputes
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of the above, in particular probate and property disputes. An excellent remuneration package is on offer as well as the chance to learn from leading specialists in the dispute resolution field.
