Working in one of the world's largest banks and companies experiencing growth in London.

Your new role
This role will be quite diverse, however focus on banking and finance law. The role will revolve around finding legal and regulatory risks in transactions, and advising in order to eliminate these risks. This will involve reviewing legal documentation for transactions and the necessary loan documentation as well (e. syndicated lending, facility agreements, etc.). You will also help advise on the legal and regulatory aspect of the corporate structure and business strategies for the company, and assist with litigation matters. This role is great for a Banking and Finance solicitor looking to work on hands on matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified solicitor with previous experience working on banking and finance law. You will have completed a corporate seat whilst sitting your training contract as well. You will also be comfortable working with loan documentation.

What you'll get in return
