Highly regarded mid-tier City firm is looking to grow its corporate practice at associate level, and seeks applications from bright, ambitious corporate lawyers, preferably with at least 2PQE. It would be an ideal environment for a lawyer coming from a smaller City or major regional firm looking for a "step up" or from a larger City corporate team who wishes to have a broader range of work and a much greater client facing role. The team deals with a range of corporate M&A (public and private) and private equity work, operating across a number of sectors including financial services, energy and natural resources, life sciences and TMT. Associates are able to gain broad corporate experience across each area, working for several partners across the group, and are also encouraged to take an active role in client networking.
