Data Protection Associate

Our client's award winning commercial technology practice is looking to take on a Data Protection NQ to join the core data protection team. Newly or recently qualified lawyers will already have gained some experience of relevant UK and EC data protection and privacy legislation, and experience of drafting, reviewing, negotiating agreements containing information and data protection law clauses, either during a dedicated data protection training seat or as part of a broader commercial IP/IT seat or on secondment to a client.

There is no culture of "facetime" at this firm, and junior lawyers are given as much independence as they can handle, and are encouraged to go out and network with clients from an early stage.
