DAVENTRY / NORTHAMPTON

£25,000 - £40,000 NEGOTIABLE

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - 2 years experience in Residential Conveyancing

A specialist conveyancing firm in the Northampton area are currently going through a period of expansion and as a result, are looking to add 3 new Residential Conveyancers to their experienced team. Candidates with 2 years in a residential conveyancing role with full ownership of files are encouraged to apply.

Based in modern offices at the head office of this specialist conveyancing firm, who also have offices in London, this opportunity is ideal for someone who has an understanding of the full conveyancing process and has been working actively in conveyancing for 2 years.

You will be using an in house case management system, specifically designed for this market leading conveyancing firm. Full training will be provided and a customised path to success in the role has been created to give you the best chance of success in this role. Expect to handle 60 files after 3 months, and around 90 files after 6 months (with the help of a personal legal assistant)

Successful candidates will need to be confident in communicating over the telephone and most importantly be able to handle a file from start to finish.
