This is an opportunity to join a regional firm based across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire in their commercial property team.
You will be working under a Partner in the team who specialises in renewable energy, food and drink and poultry.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing contracts, transfers deeds and leases;
- Pre-completion requistions;
- Responding to standard enquiries;
- Attending meetings and taking notes;
- Liaising with clients over the phone and through written correspondence;
- Any administrative duties;
- Submitting searches;
- Land Registry applications;
- Assisting fee earners generally.
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months commercial property experience and good academics.
