My client, a well-known law firm in the Midlands, are looking to appoint a Law Costs Draftsman to join their Nottingham office.
The right candidate needs to have a minimum of 2 years¿ experience dealing with all types of Claimant Civil Costs and be familiar with Legal Aid Agency rules. You must be able to draft Bills of Costs, Points of Reply and conduct negotiations ensuring the best results are achieved for clients. Previous involvement in Advocacy at Assessment Hearings and preparation of High Costs case plans would be advantageous.
The salary will be offered depending on experience.
