My client who is a well-respected and established law firm based in County Durham. They are currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner.

The role

As a fee earner you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Help to Buy
• New build (purchase and sale)
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Mortgages/Re-mortgages

The candidate

You will be at least 3 years experienced in dealing with a personal caseload of residential property files, you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written. You will be experienced in dealing with files from Inception through to Completion.
