Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor on behalf of a well known and respected firm of Solicitors based in the Chesterfield area.
You will be joining an extremely friendly team and duties will include;
- Managing your own caseload comprising Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Contractual Disputes, Debt Recovery, Finance Litigation, Property Litigation and Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Working closely with the management team to develop and build the caseload and department
- Conducting advocacy where required
- Training and developing junior employees
- Working to set financial targets and KPIs
To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor, ideally with circa 2+ years PQE (however, this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) and have experience handling the above legal issues as well as proven experience of business development. It would be an advantage if you also had experience of Professional Negligence and IP Disputes.
