Agricultural Property lawyer NQ – 2 & 3+ years’ PQE LINCOLN

Commercial law firm in Lincolnshire, well-regarded for the work it does in Property law, is looking to recruit two Agricultural Property lawyers (one of 0 to 2 years’ PQE and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE). The successful applicants will be joining will be joining an established team of specialist Agricultural Property lawyers who deal with a wide variety of legal advice solely relating to Agricultural Property law including: • Acquisition and sale of farms and farmland • Lettings, licences and contract farming arrangements • Agricultural tenancy matters • Easements/wayleaves/utility and telecommunications leases • Property Finance • Assisting other teams on project based work for farming clients.

If you are already qualified you will specialise in either Agricultural Property or Commercial Property law. If you currently specialise in Commercial Property law, to be considered for this role you must have an understanding of the agricultural sector and an appreciation of the specific needs of this client group and have an interest in the more technical aspects of agricultural law – CAP schemes, shooting leases. If you are newly or recently qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in either Agriculture/ Agricultural Property law or Commercial Property.
