Residential Conveyancer - Bristol - NQ+

Your new role
This firm are one of the longest-established firms here in the Bristol market, and they are looking to add further to their very successful Residential Property team. You will either be a newly qualified solicitor/licensed conveyancer/legal executive or will be nearly qualified with a good level of experience in residential conveyancing. There are strong prospects for progression within this team, and an excellent starting salary.

You'll be working in a small team of qualified conveyancers on a wide range of residential conveyancing work; this includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. The team also deals with new build purchases, Help to Buy and all other residential property matters. You'll get exposure to all of these types of work to broaden your experience. Ideally you'll already have experience in leasehold sales and purchases, but if not you will receive full training to make sure you're completely up to speed. You'll get great client exposure, managing your clients and files from start to finish.
