Our client is seeking funds lawyers with Australian or US experience to work in an innovative and forward thinking organisation.

The client is looking for candidates with experiences with any of the below

  • UCITS and non-UCITS funds
  • investment management agreements
  • distribution agreements
  • custody agreements
  • administration agreements
  • private equity funds
  • real estate funds.

Additional Information

  • There is no set PQE level, the client is hiring from junior to senior level
  • You don't need to be based in the London, however the HQ is based in London
  • They are happy for candidates to work remotely.
