Conveyancing Searcher

This is a very unique opportunity in that you will work in the field and remotely. Our client is looking for an existing residential property paralegal or legal assistant who works within a conveyancing team.

The role will involve going out to our client's clients, obtaining information required to carry out and report on searches and then providing these to the client. There will be situation where you will carry out the searches on-site or take the information home to work remotely.

Client Details

Our client is a national in-house organisation which provides searches and reports on land when this is outsourced from their clients.

Our client will manage your diary each week and your role will be to attend appointments as and when required. This is a full time role.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

- To provide accurate and error free search reports

- To submit reports on time, in line with SLA's

- Liaising with clients, providing a high level of customer service

- Improve client relations

- Attend appointments with clients as and when required, within working hours

Profile

The successful candidate will have a property background and you must be able to drive. The role is based in Nottingham/Derby and you will be required to travel up to 2 hours from there.

Job Offer

A competitive basic salary with an excellent commission scheme, which will allow you to earn up to £30k per annum.
