An elite Legal 500 US law firm is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their practice on a six month fixed-term contract. This is a genuinely exciting contracting opportunity as upon joining you will have exposure to high-value transactions.
The Role
The successful associate will work with market leaders and their interesting client base including:
- Property investors and traders
- Retailers
- Asset Managers
- Offshore funds
- Developers
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally 3+ years PQE
- Experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant related matters and development sites and schemes essential
- Experience in portfolio management and property finance essential
Salary and Contract
- Negotiable salary
- Initial 6 month contract, full time
