This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Commercial Practice with one of Birmingham's most progressive law firms.

Due to strong client demand and ambitious growth plans this well regarded firm is seeking an experienced entrepreneurial lawyer with ambition and drive. To be successful in this role you will relish the opportunity to work across a portfolio of clients from start-ups to household names. Moreover, depending on your background and preferences, you will have the opportunity to work across both non-contentious and contentious work.

The firm's IP/Technology lawyers sit at the heart of their business development strategy and therefore you will need to have an aptitude for presenting, networking and developing lasting relationships.

This role will offer excellent work and variety including:

  • Delivering advice on IP, licensing and commercial agreements
  • Complex due diligence work
  • Strategic advice as part of larger corporate projects
  • Mentoring and developing staff
  • Thought leadership and business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, an outgoing personality and a passion for all things technology.
