Commercial property solicitor sought by Top 200 UK law firm in Lincoln.

The Role:

* The team deal with a real range of matters including acquisition and development of multimillion pound sites including new village schemes, apartment buildings, large residential sits, investment sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance and acting for landowners.
* The partners in this team have joined from large national practices and are now reowned for the real estate with they undertake in Lincoln.
* Agricultural work is also part of this team including acquisition and sales of farms, agricultural tenancy matters and easements, wayleaves, utility and telecommunications leases

Candidate Requirements:

* Two years PQE plus
* Ideally a seat in commercial property as a minimum
