Patent Secretary

On offer here is an opening at a leading UK and European firm. A well-established heavy weight in the IP industry, sought is a skilled Patent Secretary to work in its Engineering and IT sector. Experience of this technology is desired but not essential. Based in its fabulous central London office, this is an exciting opportunity to work amongst 4 fee earners, utilising your skills in a fast paced environment.

Internationally renowned, you will be responsible for EPO and UKIPO filing forms, producing standard letters, generating invoices and dealing with fee earner's WIP. You will hold excellent IT skills and experience of Inprotech would be considered advantageous. With outstanding communication skills and a willingness to learn, work autonomously and take on unforeseen challenges this is a chance for the dedicated Administrator to hone their skill-set.
