My client is opening a new office in Lincoln and are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to assist with the growth and development of the office, with fantastic career opportunities.

The Firm:

• With offices across the Humber and Lincolnshire, they pride themselves on working to the highest of standards for each of their clients.

The Role:

• They are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join the team and help with establishing themselves in the Lincoln market.
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions.
• You will assist with the growth and expansion of the office.
• This role will give you the opportunity to build your own conveyancing client base and contacts in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

The Candidate:

• You will need to have at least 2 years’ conveyancing experience, running a varied caseload.
• A strong knowledge of the Lincolnshire conveyancing market would be highly advantageous.
• Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Residential Property Solicitor would be beneficial but not essential.
• A natural self-starter with the desire to assist with the development of a new office.
